Eileen Kim & Shirley Lee are environmentalists and lifelong film buffs! Directors of the Citizens Environmental Council, they believe in the power of film to educate, enlighten and inspire those who watch and those who produce movies. Through this film festival, they hope to engage local youth in environmental action.
